Role Overview
Fulton Hogan is hiring a Senior Civil Project Manager to lead multi-million dollar roading, bridge, and stormwater infrastructure packages across the Auckland region. This role is listed on Immigration New Zealand’s Green List Tier 1 for direct permanent residency.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver complex civil construction projects safely, on time, and within target commercial budgets
- Manage client relationships with Waka Kotahi (NZ Transport Agency) and local councils
- Oversee quality assurance, traffic management plans, and health & safety audits on site
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
- 6+ years civil project management experience on public roading, bridges, or bulk earthworks
- Proven capability in NZS 3910 contracts or equivalent standard forms of engineering contracts
- Strong subcontractor leadership and environmental consent compliance management
